Needs Assessment and Planning

Meet with district/school leaders to review assessment data and identify learning improvement goals
Share guidelines for effective implementation
Develop strategic implementation plans or both districts and schools

Coaching and Modeling

Provide personalized in-class assistance for teachers
Interpret reports with teachers
Support the decision-making process with teachers based upon student performance data

Training

Deliver hands-on training regarding the research base and practical skills necessary to use scientifically-based interventions
Collaborate with teachers on their individual classroom needs
Assist in all program set-up

Formative Evaluation

Conduct end-of-year project evaluations
Develop recommendations for continuous improvement in implementation process
Analyze, interpret and report on student learning improvement data
